Gum Grafts

      I had gum surgery this week. It sucked, but not as much as I thought it would. I learned that the numbing gel used on patients prior to injecting the anesthetic is not prescription. I can buy it at the pharmacy. My periodontist told me of a prank that was played on a doctor at their practice. The numbing gel was put in his straw, and he drank it and became numb.
      I will apply this knowledge by buying my own numbing gel and using it on my roommates. My periodontist also told me about the time she did the ole' honey on the toilet seat prank. I will also do this.
